    Lunch today will be an Indian spiced/green chilli omelette wrap, and tonight I am making butterflied and pan fried lemon chicken breasts with fruity olive couscous.

    Morning, needing to get back onto low carb to manage my diabetes better but its not very MSE. Lunch will be a salad, dinner will be cottage pie with mash potato topping for the family and mashed cauliflower for me...
    Starting Total in September 2019 = £38287.77

    33% of debt paid off so far

    cheese and tomato toasties for lunch
    Then this evening a fake away mixed grill. Little bit each of steak, chicken, bacon, sausage...fried egg, cherry tomatoes, home made wedges.
    Used oven chips instead thinking being the potatoes more useful being kept for mash etc.

    Leftover mince and potatoes for lunch. Roast beef and Yorkshire pudding (from freezer) for evening meal.

    Lamb kebabs with aloo gobi. Was going for simple chickpea indian cold salad with them,but told hubby I need to use up small cauliflower and he immediately jumped at idea of aloo gobi. 
    Will probably have some leftover for the freezer too!

    Did a bigger than planned food shop earlier,  but i didn't go til 5.30 in order to try and avoid the queues. So by the time i got home and umpacked, i cba to cook.
    So LO beans n sausages on potato waffles it was.

    Shop bought little bakewell tarts for pudding.

    We had chilli con carne. 
    I went posh and made edible bowls out of tortilla wraps to serve it in. Impressed husband.
