  • All day breakfast for us tonight. Bacon, black pudding, lorne sausage, eggs (probably scrambled or fried) and tattie scones. There is enough to do us over 2 nights so this will do tomorrow too.
  • Haddock fishcakes, chips and peas.

We had curry, we were going to get a takeaway but it was an hours wait so I raided the freezer and made it myself. I even did poppadoms and dips.

Roast pork, apple sauce, roast potatoes, cauliflower, broccoli, carrots and gravy. A sort of Eton Mess (I have a bag of frozen forest fruits to use up) for pud.

Leftover roast pork will be turned into BBQ pulled pork baps with coleslaw and salad for tomorrow night’s supper.

Chicken and chorizo paella here, and making pea soup from freezer stocks for work lunches, might make some seeded crackers to go with it.
