Chicken tikka masala for us tonight, using the last of the chicken stripped from Sunday's roast (and cheating by using a jar of Sharwoods!)
  • I'm going to make some home made bean based burgers for our main meal today, probably black beans as I have some that need using up and I have some cooked jacket potatoes to re-heat and will make a red cabbage coleslaw to go with it all. I'll also be making plum crumble to use up the last of some stewed plums from a couple of days ago so an emptier fridge at the end of it all.
  • Dinner tonight will be pasta arabiatta with garlic bread. This will probably do us over two nights.

Chicken korma was actually chicken pasta.

    Freezer surprise or deviation?

Tonight is curry, gong to do some potatoes and carrots with a jar of Tikka (lazy curry) and I'll stir through some spinach in mine (OH doesn't like spinach much so prob none for him unless I can sneak a bit in) Will see if there's anything else I can throw in too. And some naan bread.

Deviation from DH and I was disappointed at first but it was delicious and I've just had leftovers for an early lunch.

Not sure what I'm eating later as back to back meetings from three till nine.
