Daughter and I had a load of random veg, from the fridge and freezer with mixed beans and lentils in a made up gravy with dumplings. It wasnt too bad at all.

I was saying yesterday that I really fancied dumplings. I haven't had them in years.:)

More curry tomight, OH had the remaining portion of the one I made last night, I had an aubergine, spinach and paneer curry I'd bought OH to try that had been lamgusing in the freezer, both had with naan bread.

Did a bit of a top up shop today, however going to also focus on batch cooking some bits from the freezer and using up some stuff that has been around for a while.

I usually make cheese and chive dumplings but daughter is doing veganuary, so they were just plain ones.

Tonight I had a pizza that had been in the freezer for ages, husband had fish, actifry chips and mushy peas.

Daughter cooked for herself, after she had been shopping. She had pitta breads stuffed with vegan donner kebab and salad. With wedges.
