Spag bol simmering away on the hob since 8 this morning with grated cheese and French bread. Very small piece of baklava and coffee afterwards.0

More curry tomight, OH had the remaining portion of the one I made last night, I had an aubergine, spinach and paneer curry I'd bought OH to try that had been lamgusing in the freezer, both had with naan bread.
Did a bit of a top up shop today, however going to also focus on batch cooking some bits from the freezer and using up some stuff that has been around for a while.Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

The rest of the Bolognese from yesterday but with some pan fried ready made polenta today along with a crisp green salad and some fresh fruit and 'pouring Skyr' if we feel the need for anything else.0
