Hello all,
I’m also going to join this thread too for inspiration:-)
We have our “main meal” of the day at lunch then a sandwich or other light meal for dinner. Hubby works long hours so I mainly cook for myself and our 9 1/2 month old girl who is baby led weaning so eats what we eat. Hubby has his later when he gets home.
Today we had pasta with a pepper, onion, spinach and frito (like pasta only nicer) sauce. Dinner will be seeded thins with soft cheese and grapes after:money::rotfl::T0 -
Making a fish pie for dinner tonight using salmon, smoked haddock and white fish from the freezer. Will also add some frozen petit pois to it and serve with some cabbage.0

Had some pumpkin soup as a late lunch (one portion left) so not feeling terribly hungry (nothing to do with the party rings I've just consumed either...homest). Might have a bit of pasta bake from the freezer later.Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

Such a disappointment when a takeaway isnt up to scratch.
Tonight we had oven fish and chips, peas and tartare sauce.
We are off out tomorrow, looking forward to it.0 -
In the shop this morning so someone else can watch the rugby so I made macaroni cheese last night and enough steamed veg to be able to do a re-heat today and have some blackberry and apple crumble left to have pudding if we want it. Warm food for a horrible wet and windy day out there!0

We're eating out tonight for our DD and DGD's birthday. DGD is 21 today so it's a celebration meal. Unfortunately the table isn't booked until 8pm which is very late for us so we're having extra lunch today to hopefully last us until we get our meal!
I'm making parsnip and apple soup and we'll also have a cheese salad or cold meat salad wrap or sandwich (I'll have a wrap but suspect DH will want a sandwich!).0
