We had LO gammon, fried up potatoes, swede and carrot mash & cabbage with beans for lunch.

Dinner tonight will be Moroccan spicy hamburgers in a bun with tomato & lettuce with HM chips.

  • I made a vegetable frittata at lunchtime to use up some cooked cabbage, mixed veg and potatoes from the fridge which we had with some toast and was most tasty. Supper this evening will be allotment soup (made yesterday) with a sandwich and perhaps a piece of cake to follow with a small coffee.

Despite grand plans, yesterday ended up being a portion of LO pasta bake.

Tonight I have treated myself to a mushroom risotto ping meal.
Got a pot of pumpkin soup on the hob, although I think I forgot to get creme fraiche when I did the shop. I'm not very good at soup making so we'll see how this turns out.

I made some belly pork slices in a Chinese marinade. Served with a noodle and vegetable stirfry. I had vege sausages instead of pork.
