Last night we had a roast pork dinner, so some the remaining pork is being used up tonight to make pulled pork baps with salad. I've made a Key Lime pie for pud.

There will also be enough remaining shredded pork for me to make spicy chimichangas for tomorrow night, with added refried beans and sauteed peppers.

Slow cooked pork, wasn’t my first choice but the cuts of beef weren’t up to much. Served with yorkies, cheesy leeks, peas, roast potatoes and lashings of gravy
    No room for pud!
Later in the week sausage casserole
Peach crumble and vanilla ice cream

Ended up with a burger, mash and shapghetti hoops, same as last night.

OH had soup and a roll.

Just realised, if the place where I usually get our Xmas dinner from does their usual annual offer, I will need to get Xmas dinner out of this next pay cheque
