  • Have taken a tub of "curry to use in soup" out, think it was too hot for me so will add to other stuff, and a pack of roasted mushrooms - no idea, may add to the soup. I think I will get some chicken out and do proper food today as I have been just grabbing freezer food but back is finally improving.

Didn't end up making the burgers I'd planned so pinged a fish pie from the freezer and some sweetcorn from the cupboards.

    Freezer is looking very vacant....

Have got a chicken cooking in the SC for dinner tonight. Will do roasties & roast veg plus some cabbage. May also make some swede and carrot mash and have some tonight and portion the rest for the freezer.

Will put a rice pudding in as well to have for dessert.

Last night I made aubergine and mozzarella bake (theres a posh word for it but I cant spell it) husband had baked Jake with his. I made some minestrone soup as well which we had as a starter.

Today its chicken again, with stuffing, mini toad in hole, cauliflower cheese, greens, roast potatoes and mashed carrot and swede.
