I’m using up various leftovers (minced lamb, chopped mushrooms, onions, couscous, cherry tomatoes) as a stuffing for some roasted peppers tonight.

Tea tonight was quiche, salad , couscous with peppers in oil on top, beetroot salad and coleslaw. We are decorating the dining room so no fuss food required..

Im having tagliatelle Bolognese tonight that I didn’t get to have last night as it got too late so I simply had marmite on toast! Omelette for lunch I think. Take away tomorrow night and a nice chilled evening.
  • Chicken Sagwala with HM Flatbreads :)
Squares knitted for my throw ~ 90 (yes!!! I have finally finished it :rotfl: )
Squares made for my patchwork quilt ~ 80 (only the "actual" quilting to do now :rotfl:)
  • I was babysitting the loveliest little pickle this morning and we had a walk out so I treated myself to a sweet potato biryani wrap from their Plant Kitchen range and it was delicious. Supper tonight will be Jacket potatoes with some veggie burgers from the freezer and some frozen veg because I'm a bit tired followed by an early night!

scratch that takeaway its looking like turkey escalopes, oven chips and beans tonight!
  • Went out with dd and dgs for lunch, had planned (mentally) to have porl tenderloin so shelved that idea, still in freezer, but then neighbour asked me to go round and she gave me marg tub of chickpea curry and a large one of rice. Will split rice up for freezer but I had made cauliflower rice yesterday with curry powder in so willhave that with the curry tonight, its looks quite a largish portion so it may do 2 days, no wonder I have difficulty reducing freezer contents but then, home made curry ? whats not to like.
