I love avocados but they have to be just ripe enough but not over the top for maximum creaminess and flavour and so often they are just a teensy bit on either side of that aren't they? I loved the 'Giraffe' breakfast that is sourdough toast with smashed avocado on and a scrambled egg served with a side of roast tomatoes, combination of all my favourite things!

Yes, and there's only a narrow window where you can seemingly remove the stone without risk of injury too :rotfl:
That Giraffe breakfast reminds me of one we had in a little cafe by our hotel when we were in Sydney = except the egg was poached. Actually, that's prob why I have toast with smashed avocado and poached egg when I'm feeling very 'Waitrose' :rotfl:

I jointed a chicken and cooked it in piri piri. Halloumi, corn on the cob, jacket potatoes, avocado, salad, sundried tomato and some homemade coleslaw.
