    Poached salmon with fresh herb mayonnaise, new potatoes with mint and a crunchy fresh salad. A choc ice for pudding if we want it too.

    Argh sausages again tonight, im emptying the freezer why did we buy so many sausages and froze them for a rainy day? Lol. Will have to try and think up something exciting to do with them tonight ha

    Had beetroot falafel with salad and hummus for lunch and an easy option for supper tonight because it's so very hot here so it will be a Pizza from the freezer and some salad.
