Hm mushroom pasta from freezer with fresh cauliflower. Not exciting but easy to do. May put some spice in with cauli to jazz it up a bit.0

I'm trying a new to me Hairy Bikers recipe of Aubergine, Lentils & Greens. I'll also be using harissa paste for the first time! I've eaten it before but not actually cooked with it so that could be interesting as mine is from a jar and the last time I tried it it was home made so I suspect there will be a difference!

We are having mozzarella and broccoli quiche, new potatoes, coleslaw and salad. I have cooked a chicken as well, I think the meat eaters will be sneaking some onto their plates.0

Will be making beef stifado for tonight. The meat has been marinaded overnight in the fridge ready to cook tonight. Haven't made this for quite some time but got come reasonably priced stewing beef recently. Making 4 portions and will freeze half to have next month

Cauliflower rice with cumin and spices was lovely last night and enough for tonight with sausages. Fancy making something with lentils - not soup - for tomorrow, may not as have some pork chops in freezer and loads of potatoes chitting so must start using up. Only leeks, onions and potatoes as fresh veg to make an effort with.0
