Think I will make chickpea and tuna patties for tonight - and enough for tomorrow probably. Never made before but found recipe online.
Will you report back with how these turn out please? An interesting combination and protein packed.
We had the leftover jacket potatoes from yesterday made into wedges, with leftover chicken, salad, feta, beetroot, boiled eggs and leftover coleslaw.
We had fruit salad afterwards.
I also made a big pan of soup with a cauliflower that was going a bit grey so needed a trim, broccoli, celery, kale, cream cheese with chives and some cheddar. It is very nice but made 7 portions.0 -

The patties were very good (or would have ben if I had been able to eat when hot - visitors came). So easy to make just chickpeas, tuna, flour and some curry powder. Whiz up in blender. I guessed quantities as only making for me and so used rest of chickpeas and tuna in a pasta salad.0 -
