Focaccia lunches were really good. Will definitely make more focaccia bread.
Tonight after a busy day we had salad, chips, coleslaw. I used up the rest of the chicken with some bacon and I had tinned tuna and egg.

I used to meal plan every week when my littleys were still at home. Now it is just me and OH - and due to his work hours, we are only together for the evening meal, maybe 3, sometimes four nights a week - so it has all kind of gone kaputThe opposite of what you know...is also true0 -
