    Seventh Anniversary 1,000 Posts Name Dropper
    Sweet and sour pork tonight, rice and crackers – LO tomorrow night, later in the week will be sausages. Lunches will be baked potatoes and omelettes as the week goes on. got lovely fruit from morrisons yesterday so there will fruit salad for snacks

    Focaccia lunches were really good. Will definitely make more focaccia bread.

    Tonight after a busy day we had salad, chips, coleslaw. I used up the rest of the chicken with some bacon and I had tinned tuna and egg.

    Fruit pastille ice lolly for afters.

    I wouldn't mind joining this thread for ideas, and sharing meal ideas if that is OK

    Tonight - hotdogs with cheapo part baked rolls
    Last night - Chicken curry, rice and naan breads

    I used to meal plan every week when my littleys were still at home. Now it is just me and OH - and due to his work hours, we are only together for the evening meal, maybe 3, sometimes four nights a week - so it has all kind of gone kaput

    Brunch was melon, grapes and low fat yoghurt.

    Dinner tonight was tandoori chicken with salad and new potatoes

    Tonight we had spinach, tenderstem broccoli, salmon and potato dauphinose. ( sp?)

    I've made a keema matar for tonight, with basmati rice and hm naan. Rhubarb and custard sponge flan (the last of the rhubarb from the garden) for pud.
