I cobbled together some pasta, with the other half of the honey roast salmon, petit pois and some LO tomato pasta sauce with a couple of spoons of some YS (organic nonetheless) cream. Oh and some Parmigiano-Reggiano shavings too. Very nice it was as well - and a portion left over.

Made bread today, we are out with friends tonight, so no prep.

Also done a freezer ‘audit’ and writing meal plans to use up.

    * got hungry - made scones, eaten hot from the oven ;)

Have taken a tub of green masala chicken curry out of the freezer. Will have that with some HM pilau rice & raita.

Think there will probably be enough curry for tomorrow night's dinner too.

Think we're going to have beetroot risotto with whipped goat's cheese (we add honey and cream cheese to it, yummy!) and salad leaves as the beetroot and salad are YS so need using up.
