What are you making for dinner?

I'll deff be portioning the rest up for mini roasts and things for sure. This was about £8 for the piece I got which isn't expensive for a joint but I always feel bad as OH is veggie so it's like me saying 'you can't have this'.
I'd love to fry asparagus but this is the first time I've had it since the bunch that bought me out in hives, so I'm boiling it really well to try and ensure whatever was in it gets cooked out so I'm not sure how I'd react to grilling. It's annoying as I used to love asparagus but tbh I will prob just give it a miss after this bunch, it's not exactly a sacrifice to give up and not a great deal of fun wondering if I'm going to have a reaction to dinner
Hope you don’t, but don’t make yourself poorly xNote to self - STOP SPENDING MONEY !!

Went to pick up prescription, right by the whoopsie counter dont you know so had a prawn linguini meal for 1 last night, with pea shoot salad etc, was planning on having salad & tin of meat/fish, but also bought lamb barnsley chops, so one for freezer and the other tonight. I did buy a carton of cherry toms although I had half a pack left so thought I would look to see how to make tom sauce for pasta to freeze as I am not a big tomato eater, not good for my arthritis.0

Some frozen HM ready meals tonight, choices are chilli or chicken curry, whatever DH chooses, I’ll have the other.

I’ve made a black bean chilli with a little rice for tonight, followed by a weird made up dessert (boudoir fingers soaked in sherry, covered with crushed strawberries and topped with a whipped cream and mascarpone layer). It looks okay0

I'm still here! No untoward effects were felt, 4 stalks left which i will use up but prob not buy any more, we shall see. It may have just been new season asparagus that caused the issue before, apparently it can cause issues for people picking them too.
Not sure what tonight it, OH already eaten and me still faffing.Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16
