I have a busy day today and will be late home from work, so we are having a home made chicken jalfrezi-esque curry from the freezer stash. Quick'n'easy!

Managed to pick up a pack of reduced thighs and drumsticks for the casserole in Sainsbobs today :money: (was another pack there I half wish I'd bought but the drumsticks were so small I don't think they'd have cooked into anything)

OH had mushy peas on toast when he got in.

I had Jersey Royals (my fav) with popcorn shrimp and petit pois.

Managed to spend £40 in L!dl today getting supplies...cupboards were very low, still need to visit the other discounter at the weekend for a few bits.

Not sure what we'll have at the moment but have pencilled in egg, chips & beans as we are out for lunch so no idea how big the meal will be.

I was planning pizza but that sounds gooood. Might schedule that in for tomorrow. Will be HM chips too I think as we don't have many in the freezer but plenty of spuds in the fridge.

Lunch was a really nice meal but not overly big so it will be ham, egg & HM chips (don't use frozen chips generally). May have some baked beans too if there's half a tin in the fridge (don't want to open a tin as out tomorrow and Sunday morning).

Another freezer and cupboard dinner here as the first big shop of the month is due to be done tomorrow.

Spinach and sweet potato risotto with Quorn gammon chunks for me and bacon for OH.
