Cottage pie. Filling was already made last week in the slow cooker. Potatoes peeled and chopped this morning and left in pan of water on the hob for hubby to simply turn on around 4.30pm. Can then mash, put on top of the filling, put cheese on for DH and DD, and whack them all in the oven for 30 minutes. Nom!

Leftover chicken from yesterday's Sunday roast will be made into a chicken and sweetcorn puff pastry pie for tonight (and tomorrow night).

I made a large dish of pud yesterday which we will have over the coming few days - it was the Waffle Berry Bake from the grocery challenge recipe index, and it was really, really lovely.

Need to strip some more chicken from the one I cooked last night for mog but will deff make up some more HM stock too (enough chicken carcasses in the freezer already for that...OH hates the smell though)
