I have some pork mince for tonight, so am going to turn it into the Indian Spiced Pork Patties from the recipe I found here in the grocery challenge thread. Will serve with chips and salad.

I have a couple of bananas to use up (I don't like them when the skins start to get a little speckled with brown) so will churn them up in the ice cream maker for a quick pud.

In a nice brioche bun with fried onions and chips. I also have a little sprinkle of cheese and some iceberg lettuce with mine.

Was lovely - OH even said it was like a posh pub meal.
