Son 1 made tagliatelle with seafood.

    Then reduced Gu puddings.
  • Not too well so may get a take-a-way curry tonight as I find a good curry can clear the chest and nose - hopefully - otherwise bacon sarnies.

  • A very lazy but quick eat, oven chips with gravy made from gravy granules. But we both thought it very tasty. Now having a slice of homemade lemon drizzle cake with some strawberry and vanilla ice cream!!
  • Tonight we are having the second half of an M&S quiche, a big one that was on offer. Serving it with new potates, watercress and cucumber salad and coleslaw.

  • Lunch sausage sarnies but dinner tonight - hopefully - will be a take-a-way Jamaican meal, could be goat curry ot jerk chicken, possible one of each to share with gs.
  • Goodfellas vegan pizza, with vegan coleslaw, potato salad and cauliflower bites from M & S. Not very Old Style but better than a takeaway I guess! ;)

Me and daughter tonight, let's have a chippie, she suggested. So we did and now I regret it, far too much food and perhaps a bit too greasy.
We only had children's portions. I couldn't finish my fish, although I peeled off the batter. Dog enjoyed it.
No more chippies for me....until the next time.......

Made a vegetable casserole earlier then roasted a chicken for the mog while the oven was on (realised the date on it was 22nd). So I've just had a bowl of casserole with some roast chicken (shhhhh don't tell the mog I've pinched some :rotfl:)

Made the veg casserole with HM chicken stock, and used up some slightly soft swede and a few manky looking carrots ...also chucked in a tin of butter beans which had been lingering about....the tin said bb2012 when I checked it
