    Roast lamb, spuds, Savoy cabbage, carrots etc

    £7 on half a leg of Lamb, this will make 8 big meals, 2 today, sliced LO’s for another Sunday, the rest to make Jazee’s inspired Rogan Josh with some added BNS for another meal this week and another 2 for the freezer for ‘Ron (later)
    Note to self - STOP SPENDING MONEY !!

    Our rogan josh was from left over lamb and lasted two days.
    Tonight we're having duck stir fry. YS duck breasts, down to 50p from £4.20.
    Spend less now, work less later.

    And don’t you love it when you can stretch an expensive roast a long way :T

    DD has just sent me a recipe for a heart healthy choc pud. I'll make that next time she's over.
