  • I'm trying to free up some freezer space for an incoming meat order, so for lunch today we had carrot and coriander soup (from freezer), with cheese and crackers.

Tonight's dinner was again from the freezer - hm veggie quiche and some oven chips.

  • Tonight we're going to be attempting to make sushi.

Last night's sushi attempt went so well we're doing the same again tonight! My DD is such a fussy eater, it's great to have something we both really enjoy eating. Think this may well become our regular Saturday night treat meal.

  • Roast chicken for us tonight, with roasties, honey roast parsnips, carrots, broccoli and stuffing. Leftover chicken will probably be used in a pie tomorrow and I think we'll have chicken noodle soup for lunch.
