    Commiseration meal tonight Pan fried Duck breast, griddled asparagus and sauteed celeriac

    Chocolate fondant and clotted cream for pud - oh and red wine, lots of red wine
    Note to self - STOP SPENDING MONEY !!

    Awww, big hugs IM it won't be long before one or other of them is round for dinner with your fabulous cooking. failing that....I'll come and move in :D

  • Some minted lamb chops from the butcher tonight, with potato wedges, French beans and some of the frozen peas that need using up.

    Pudding will probably be some of the Wait*ose Tiramisu that was on offer this morning.

    Haven't sat down for more than 5mins since lunchtime but got a good deal of things done today (cleaning / sorting type stuff) not really hungry now but going to have egg and soldiers now I've had a bath and am in my pjs....rock n roll here.l.l

    Proper garlicky roast lamb dinner, spring greens, cauliflower cheese, roast spuds for OH, roast celeriac for me

  • We're having duck portions in sauce with couscous and pak choi.
    Still got some of the Tiramisu for pud :)

    Must go and look at the red lentil and aubergine recipe as I've found a stray bag of red lentils...…………...
