I slow cooked a campfire stu over night. So simple and filling. A gammon joint, whatever veg I had which was mushrooms, sweetcorn, kidney beans, half a tin of baked beans and some passatta with a stock cube and some paprika. Gammon all fallen apart and shredded. Not sure what to serve it with, I think it lends itself well to most carbs quite easily. I have some sweet potatoes that I might roast, or do some normal roasties as I haven’t had them in a very long time!0
