Oh well, better to find out sooner rather than later - one less thing to moveLast night a 99p burger and med fries from Ronald MacDonald after spin, I don’t know what came over me! was bloody good though
Sometimes you just have toI usually go for one after a race with my running partner - although I do sometimes think 13.1miles is an extreme way to 'earn' a burger :rotfl:
I am so flipping warm that I just CBA (not that I'm complaining about the heat as it's nice to have a proper summer) Today I met family at a local Royal park / gardens and ended up scoffing a biscuit while waiting, then a pizza for lunch with them..followed by an ice cream with DNfatty fatty pie girl here :rotfl:
Tomorrow I wholly expect will involve salad of some sort. Likely Caesar as I went a bit mad stocking up with the Lid! ones and am now slightly sick of them.Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

The small freezer sadly did not survive being moved indoors and was making the most horrific racket so it's gone to the tip and the big one in the kitchen is only 1/4 full now yippee!
So our lunch today will be a tuna and sweetcorn salad (found 2 x unopened packs of sweetcorn buried in the home growns and our supper this evening will be ham omelettes with a jacket potato (re-heated) and some steamed carrots, peas and courgettes in some form or other, berries and fat free yoghurt if we want them and the coffee as usual.
Can I ask how you reheat the jackets? Do you microwave them? I baked 12 extra this week which are now in the freezer for future use
Tonight: Chicken breast for OH, courgettes (as ever) and peppers and sweetcorn and rice0 -
Yes, I cut them across the top and give them around 2 to 2 and a half minutes on max in the microwave if it's a cold meat and salad meal but if I've got the oven on I reheat them in there with the other dish for around 30 minutes which gives a nice crisp skin, the best bit!!!
Lunch today will be pea and mint soup with cold meat and supper this evening will be some lemon sole fillets from the freezer with basmati rice, peas, tartare sauce and a wedge of lemon. Berries and yoghurt to follow and the usual cup of coffee.0 -
LO chicken, phili, stock whatever veg is lurking with rice tonight, then that’s the end of the chicken, need to do something with the three juicy peaches as I don’t think they will last past today – they have been gorgeous0

If you defrost them , they don't take long to reheat in the oven either - I reheat them in the oven in the foil they've been in in the freezer.Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

Tonight, its grilled sausages, new potatoes, peas and coleslaw. I normally buy pork sausages but saw these rose veal ones at a farm shop and thought I would give them a try.Jan - June Grocery spends = £531.61
