I had a burger with some bulgur and a mixed salad followed by the rest of the mango for dinner. I've found having the burgers in the fridge very convenient so might try making them using a different type of tinned bean from my store cupboard tomorrow.2 -
living on restaurant meals gets boring after a while so we're trying to alternate between nice and cheap and fast. Schnitzel for us tonight also not home made (Lidl). It's an easy option that was added to the freezer before we went on holiday as I knew we'd take a lot of time to get over the jet lag. Also it's been raining today and who wants to go out in that??? Think there's a tin of potatoes lurking in the cupboard. I made some flatbreads topped with greek salad, hummus, and falafel. Husband had some chicken shawarma with his. Sat in the garden to eat.2
