I hoicked a heel of bread out of the freezer, cut it into croutons and drenched it in vinaigrette before adding it to a salad and calling it panzanella.
Oh excellent idea!!  I've got a bit of sour dough, some nearly past it mushroom and a lot of tiny tomatoes just about ready to go mushy.  Panzanella would be a good way to use it all up!!

I’m currently marinating some chicken thighs in spices and Greek yogurt, and will turn that into chicken shawarma wraps with salad and homemade tsatziki tonight. There may be enough for tomorrow as well.

I finished up the last of the chicken shawarma in a wrap with salad and home made tsatziki, and am about to have a Cornetto for pud.
