I’m currently marinating some chicken thighs in spices and Greek yogurt, and will turn that into chicken shawarma wraps with salad and homemade tsatziki tonight. There may be enough for tomorrow as well.1

I did a cheats lasagne as we were busy decorating today.
A pack of ravioli (ricotta and spinach)
A tub of pasta sauce
Grated cheese
Layer it up straight from packets, into an oven proof dish and bake for half an hour.
Served with a salad.

nice pork chops from our meat guy. not sure if we'll have the jerseys or croquettes. maybe peas too?? Oh just remembered I should get some apple sauce out of the freezer!!
