Had monster sized pork chops done on the bbq yesterday (yes, in the rain but it's propane and has a lid) and did a large tray of roasted veg - potatoes, squash, peppers, onions, tomatoes.  OH asked where the garlic was!  (cheeky!)

It's breakfast for dinner tonight.  Rosti, eggs and bacon.

Two defrosted chicken thighs made a tasty chicken stew in the pressure cooker. I steamed some mixed greens in the microwave.
I made a simmered rice pudding with added raisins.
    Stewed some more cooking apples.
    Plenty of leftovers for tomorrow.

I’m trying to come up with recipes to use up the glut of lovely bits collected from the Community Fridge yesterday, so tonight will be cauliflower cheese with added sliced leeks and crispy bacon bits.

Back from holiday and I was craving veg, so popped into aldi and added chicken and veg to the milk and bread.
Cooked the chicken in the airfry and it was really good.

Tonight it will be airfry fish and chips and probably tinned peas.

There is some homemade tomato and lentil soup, fresh homemade bread and some cheese, stewed apple and yoghurt. We are going to see the play Sweeney Todd, so red soup seems appropriate.

Later. Thank goodness we didn’t have meat pies.
