Had chicken done on the bbq last night with greek flat breads and a salad each.  OH had a greek salad (lots of feta and olives) and I finally made one of spinach with grapefruit and sunflower seeds to which I also added some tomato and feta.  A nice light sweet/sour dressing with worchestershire sauce, grapefruit juice, a bit of brown sugar and olive oil.  I was well chuffed with it and was thinking proudly that I'd only used half the grapefruit I'd prepped when the OH swooped down like a seagull and inhaled it all "Ah! So refreshing!!"

Tonight we might finish the chicken with some ribs and rice and peas.

Far too hot and sticky here to eat much so might have some salad in a while but am currently eating strawberries cold from the fridge which I don't normally like because I can't taste much flavour unless they're room temperature.
