Had chicken done on the bbq last night with greek flat breads and a salad each. OH had a greek salad (lots of feta and olives) and I finally made one of spinach with grapefruit and sunflower seeds to which I also added some tomato and feta. A nice light sweet/sour dressing with worchestershire sauce, grapefruit juice, a bit of brown sugar and olive oil. I was well chuffed with it and was thinking proudly that I'd only used half the grapefruit I'd prepped when the OH swooped down like a seagull and inhaled it all "Ah! So refreshing!!"
Tonight we might finish the chicken with some ribs and rice and peas.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe, Old Style Money Saving and Pensions boards. I’m making a stir fry of mushrooms, king prawns, pak choi, spring onion and noodles tonight. I think there are some sachets of stir fry sauces somewhere in my basket of unused Hello Fresh seasonings, but if not then just a drizzle of soy sauce will do.5

Far too hot and sticky here to eat much so might have some salad in a while but am currently eating strawberries cold from the fridge which I don't normally like because I can't taste much flavour unless they're room temperature.3
