I've taken some hm ratatouille from the freeezer which I'll turn into a veggie lasagne, served with a bit of a side salad and some garlic bread. Hm panna cotta and berries for pud.3

I think the plan is either gluten-free chickpea pasta, chickpeas & black beans and pasta sauce OR rainbow trout fillets, lemon wedges and Mediterranean style veg, cooked in foil parcels in the oven.4

The plan is organic rib eye steaks from Riverford or grass fed sirloin steaks from Lidl with organic mushrooms from Ocado (waiting for the order) and a couple of fried organic eggs from Sainsbury's.. We are such disloyal customers LOL.2

Stunningly sunny day here 🤩
having a lazy lunch in the garden with crabmeat and crab pate, calamari,fresh baked bread, olives, hummus, lentil chips, cheese and crackers.
dinner will be BBQ pork steaks, minted jersey royals and salad - vegan burger, HM Giardiniera quick pickled veg etc for youngest who’s over later. Grilled pineapple and yuzu granita for pud - there may be wine 🤗Note to self - STOP SPENDING MONEY !!

I had a salad earlier before going to the theatre with a friend and then cooked a courgette and goat's cheese tart I'd left ready in the fridge when I got back.

Pork ribs on BBQ with coleslaw, salad and loads of picky bits, vegan options are burgers, sausages, peppers, mushrooms etc he had a pizza last night from a local vegan restaurant with friends.Note to self - STOP SPENDING MONEY !!
