A very quick recipe I invented years ago! Pasta, YS salmon baked then flaked, peas, mayonnaise.

Sliced and griddled another aubergine today and then spread some of this harissa on it which was delicious, also had a soft boiled egg with a bit more of the harissa and salad. Definitely going to make a curry in the slow cooker tomorrow as it's still very chilly here and the weather forecast isn't at all hopeful.
PS I spotted some jars of black bean and orange rayu by this company on the shelf at my local M*rks today, has anyone here tried them?3 -

I made a vegetable korma in the slow cooker using the leaves from the very large cauliflower instead of the courgettes in the recipe because there weren't any available in M*rks the other day. Made at home fish and chips tonight which I'm finding rather boring.
