I made some bolognese sauce which we had as spag bol yesterday, and there was (surprisingly, as I only used about 200g mince) stacks left over so I've just turned that into a bolognese + extra veg + cheesy pasta bake for tonight.  And probably tomorrow too, it seems to have stretched very well!

I think it's supposed to be kfc style chicken tonight.

I might offer to make pasta sauce instead as we've been eating a lot of meat over the last few days.  I've got courgette, red onions, mushrooms and tinned tomatoes so that would be nice.

    Mine is just veg.
I will have mine mixed with pasta and feta today.

We're finishing off the bolognese pasta bake for lunch today (there wasn't a huge amount left over), so I will be making a tuna mayo salad for tonight.

Just found out that I'm doing meatballs & mushrooms in tomato sauce on tube type pasta.  That's fine.
