I made some bolognese sauce which we had as spag bol yesterday, and there was (surprisingly, as I only used about 200g mince) stacks left over so I've just turned that into a bolognese + extra veg + cheesy pasta bake for tonight. And probably tomorrow too, it seems to have stretched very well!3

I think it's supposed to be kfc style chicken tonight.
I might offer to make pasta sauce instead as we've been eating a lot of meat over the last few days. I'm just making a roasted vegetable tray bake. I do two trays, husband and daughter have potatoes and chicken and chorizo in theirs.
Mine is just veg.
