Using the second half of the chicken thigh fillets for chicken and veg satay noodles. Over Courgette noodles for me.Note to self - STOP SPENDING MONEY !!

We're having the last of this week's roast chicken tonight, made into a Coronation chicken salad.

Tonight we will be using up some leftover sausages and some potatoes we have in the cupboard. DS will have a yorkshire pud or two with his, and of course gravy for us all, onion for myself.
I have some mince remaining from the home made burgers last night so will make DH a hot chilli con carne for work lunches2 -

Got some of the biggest gammon steaks I’ve ever seen tonight, half of one with chips and pineapple for him, I know gammon and pineapple is traditional but 🤢 savoury and sweet, no thank you 🤣
I am going to have mine on its own as a carnivore pizza, gammon base with tomato purée, grated cheese and herbs on top - this thing is the size of a dinner plate - wish me luck 🤩Note to self - STOP SPENDING MONEY !!
