duck legs are being slowly roasted. (not my favourite way to have them but I'm not cooking)
with new potatoes and rocket.
meanwhile having had to traverse the New Forest to get to my hair guy I stopped at a farm shop as I've been wanting something squashy. Got 1 butternut that I will likely make into soup, a tiddly butternut that will likely be roasted as a side and 1 acorn that I would like to stuff and roast. Wondering about what to stuff it with....I may have asked about this previously. I'm thinking a mix of onions, mushrooms, and then I'm not too sure.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe, Old Style Money Saving and Pensions boards. I made babaganoush and also some homemade yoghurt flatbreads. I’ve never made them before, I usually have pitta bread but they were so easy and delicious, I’ll never buy pitta again. I’ve got some dough left for tomorrow with the leftover babaganoush, I hope it keeps ok (the dough).0 bonus saver

OH snuck in a ready meal of pasta with a rich bolognaise. Nice and easy but I'm not sure I approve. I suppose that's what we'll be having when the kitchen is being done as it cooks in the microwave.
Tonight I'm aiming for pork chops with stuffed acorn squash. Still don't know really what I'm stuffing it with - need to check if we have any cous cous as I think that might work.....(with onion, mushroom and courgette)I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe, Old Style Money Saving and Pensions boards. It was the usual Monday for us tonight, chicken Kiev with chips and peas . Was just what I needed after a somewhat dull day at the office followed by a tough gym session3

I made the braised tofu from these recipes which was delicious, eaten with cous cous and a YS seedy salad from M&S.
