DD1 (15) is on a baking roll! We've had 2 loads of brownies (to perfect the recipe :D) and 1 marbled cake. Tonight, she will make pizza from scratch.
I have too much flour and selfraising flour in my pantry, due to the restrictions a year ago, where we were only allowed 3 packs per customer and I bought 3 packes every time I went shopping, not knowing what the future would hold.

I have no absolute idea but there's mackerel and sea bass involved plus tomatoes and beans and onion and garlic.  It smells great!!
