schnitzel, potatoes and roasted veg. having fun working around the fact that our big oven no longer works but hoping (x x x everything crossed x x x) that the chap coming to look at our kitchen on Monday will say that they can start doing the total refit really really really soon.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe, Old Style Money Saving and Pensions boards. Daughter and I are having quorn bolognese pasta bake, husband is having a roast dinner. It's all plated up waiting to be zapped. Lazy I know, but I love, getting it all ready, tidying up, having a bath and then into my pjs before eating my dinner and all I need to do afterwards is put my plate in the dishwasher.
I have also made a big pan of soup and some bread for lunches over the next couple of days.
In laws have also got a plated up roast dinner that they will have tomorrow.

Baked potatoes with the garlic sauce and vegetable salad. Got the recipes from a betterme healthy coaching https://www.usmagazine.com/celebrity-body/news/betterme-review-this-holistic-wellness-approach-can-change-your-life/ and really enjoying new tastes for me. I also started to exercise every single morning, which gives me a lot of energy for the whole day.2

Also on a mission to clear out the fridge freezer....not just for Christmas but also to aid the impending kitchen makeover.
Tonight is lovely big pork chops complete with kidneys - they'll go on the bbq. There's some frozen Lidl potato cakes (potato with reblochon or broccoli - will have to check which we have) and there will also be some veg - corn is likely and yorkshires. He'll want gravy of course.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe, Old Style Money Saving and Pensions boards. If you need any help on these boards, do let me know. Jacket potatoes, salad and leftover chicken from yesterday. I had cottage cheese with mine. Not a favourite but it needed eating.3

I'm on a clear a shelf in the larder mission so threw some red lentils into my slow cooker so that it would make me a dal while I was at my allotment, when I got back I added some soya mince and spinach to the mixture and ate it with cous cous.4
