I'm having a portion of this slow cooker vegetable stew with cheddar dumplings which is entirely appropriate to the grotty weather we're having here today.
For pudding it's a baked apple with either some double cream or greek style yoghurt depending on how full I feel.6 -
Stocks are running low and don’t want to shop till we get back from our trip, so fridge gravel soup, that’ll sort weekend lunches, he’s got a few slices of bread, I’ve got a few eggs and some cheddar, we’re having a takeaway tonight, he’s out tomorrow, so I’ll have any leftovers.
Then Sunday we’ll have the frozen LO chicken casserole and frozen peas, Monday will be whatever I can find in the freezer, then we leave early Tuesday 👍Note to self - STOP SPENDING MONEY !!

Cold weather always put me in a soup mood, so will be making broccoli and mushroom soup (with added lentils and roasted tempeh so its more filling).3
