We had pan fried salmon fillets (the dog very happy to be offered the nice crispy salmon skin!) with a mixture of veg stir fried in hoisin sauce. The veg and sauce were from the community fridge, and there was so much that we’ll need to have another variation of a stir fry tomorrow night too.3

So last night Bro2 did a beer and rib run during which time I set the table and also got out the gin and lemon juice.
Tonight I've said we'll go to a local place that serves burgers, pizzas and wings and also has stock of about 100 different local beers a lot of which have very limited distribution even in the immediate vicinity.
