Bought a half price ready roasted chicken, so did some stuffing and roast potatoes in the actifry and a load of steamed veg. That's husband and inlaws sorted.
Daughter had some chicken with broccoli and mushrooms and tomato sauce with pasta.
I made vege burger with mozzarella and tomato with sweet potato chips for me and really enjoyed it.
I have some free fresh custard that I will have later with some apple sponge.4 -
I had aubergine dumplings alla parmigiana from Ottolenghi's Flavour cookbook with sugarsnap peas, petits pois and sweetcorn followed by an easy peeler with coffee.4
