My first induction hob was in a house with no gas - I was very dubious as only ever had gas hobs but fell in love with it.
When we moved first thing I did was to replace the gas hob with induction.
Will never go back to gas - never thought I would say that.5 -
@GillyLucy, oh thank you, that's good to know! We don't have a gas supply (I live in a very rural area) but do love to cook with it if ever I'm in a house with a gas cooker as I like the immediacy of the control.
