For dinner tonight we had slow roasted shoulder of pork with roast potatoes, carrots, broccoli, peas and gravy. Plenty of meat left for a stir fry tomorrow.0

Husband had steak and kidney pie, homemade and frozen, mushy peas, mushrooms, cabbage and a few new potatoes.
I had potato dauphinose left over from yesterday, vege hot dog sausages, cabbage and mushrooms. Leftover rhubarb and apple crumble with ice-cream also got finished. Very full afterwards.0 -
