I nixed the OH doing carbonara - which started an interrogation...."I thought you liked it when I make carbonara?" "I do but I didn't fancy it today." He looked puzzled as if not wanting something in particular for dinner was a strange thing.

Sausage roll, shredded red cabbage simmered in a little balsamic vinegar and water with a few sultanas, cauliflower, peas and mash tonight. Might have a small home-made double choc chip cake later on.4

Evening all a busy few days
tonight we had pasta bake and garlic bread:money::rotfl::T5 -
Quick meal here as we had to dash for a school meeting - kids both had scrambled eggs and baked beans on toast, I had some leftover french stick with cheese and salad.
