Forget dinner I want to gobble up Frank!!!  Well not really but I would like to rub his tummy!!!

Sorry if I scared people with last night's snake and pygmies!!!  And I didn't even get a taste in the end!!!  Turned out I had misunderstood the OH when he bought them saying "this will be nice for our dinner!"  What he meant was that it would be nice for HIS dinner!!!  Must admit I did wonder....  So I ended up popping some frozen salmon in the oven to have with the brocolli.

Tonight it's leftovers from yesterday's European breakfast.  We have 2 types of Polish bread.  One is so seedy I don't know what is holding it together.  It's labelled Twoj Ziarnisti which means "your grainy" and appears to contain almost every type of seed possible including something called peanut petals.  The other is a lovely light rye.  There's also 2 types of brawn (one being a blood pudding version), sausages slices with pimentoes etc in it, something like black forest ham, regular ham and smoked salmon belly.  Also something that is a bit like emmental and a goat cheese log.  And salad of course.

    Oh & I forgot.....

FYI - it's been reported locally (Dorset) that Aldi has joined "to good to go".  So if you have the app they may have £10 worth of almost best before for £3.50.

@Brie i saw Aldi has been added to TGTG too

Tonight was (no) chicken katsu fillets with yellow vegetable rice. Quick and easy after a long week at work.

Might make up a casserole tomorrow as next week is going to be back to colder weather ❄️

I just made a roasted vegetable tray. I always do 2 trays, one with chorizo and chicken thighs and one for me.
Mine has a tuna steak with additional sweet potatoes in it.
    Daughter will have hers tomorrow.

Got the family round today to worship Frank 🤭  I’m making a huge beef and ale stew, with mash and steamed broccoli.   Vanilla ice cream with HM chocolate sauce for puds if needed.  Obs no mash for me.
