I ate at SA - Shepherd's Pie + Cabbage/Brocolli/gravy followed by chocolate sponge and chocolate custard.

Got something like this from Lidl's Greek week so will be having it tonight with salad.  Lots of cuc for the OH as he likes it, and it won't last much longer....

Eldest cooked again tonight but, as I was exhausted and in late from work, it was breaded fish from the freezer with mushy peas and he did HM spicy oven chips.

We made pancakes at cookery class yesterday with a cheese sauce and spinach, mushroom and chick pea filling so I had the second half for dinner tonight with petits pois and green beans from the freezer. 
We also made an incredibly pretty faux apple tart with an extra one of the pancakes which was delicious. Here's mine before it went into the oven.



Then this morning I got up early and made these gluten free oat biscuits to take to walking group this afternoon. They were a hit with everyone and vanished very quickly which was nice.

Dinner tonight was a couple of vegan lasagnes which i geabbed RTC when i scooted into Lidl quickly earlier on. Mine was shovelled into my mouth at my desk whilst still working this evening 😴  been some long days already this week.

Thank you for the well-wishes, I think they are working Still feel a bit rubbish but definitely better than yesterday.

I need it to be a simple supper tonight, and have just found a previously-made cottage pie in the freezer which will fit the bill nicely.
