Steak night.  I have rump and OH has sirloin.  I have caesar salad and he has tinned potatoes.  It was going to be fries for us both so this is a step in the right direction.

Spotted a spinach and ricotta cannelloni when we were out that was YS so I've popped that in the freezer for me to have when OH has his fish pie later this week.

Ginormous butcher’s pork chops roasted in the Ninja, served with apple sauce, creamy swede mash, carrots, cabbage and gravy.

A sort of ‘deconstructed’ Black Forest gateau for pudding - I’ve made a chocolate sponge cake, slices of which will be topped with some tinned black cherries, a slosh of Belgian chocolate custard, and a dollop of whipped cream. Mister CJ has a very sweet tooth 🤣

a tiny steak and a saute of courgette, tomatoes and onions with a little goat cheese crumbled on top.
Oh that sounds nice!!  Trying to decide about tonight.  OH has a slice of YS pork & chicken pie and will have some soup.  I might get some cooked chicken legs out of the freezer or I might just have a jacket or a cheese baguette.
