I made a Spag Bol earlier, well the meat sauce. I’ve split it into 2 batches. One has gone in the freezer for next week. I bulked it out with carrots and onions. Unfortunately I forgot to get green lentils and I had none in the cupboard so I added an extra grated carrot. It will do 2 meals though for a 500g that’s not too bad.So Spag Bol and garlic bread:money::rotfl::T3

Had a full english at a Youngs pub for a late lunch today whilst out Xmas shopping with OH (well he managed 3 shops before having had enough). And joy of joys, it didn't come with Heinz beans but baked beans that were not mush in sauce (I am always disappointed when i see Heinz beans advertised on menus). Thank goodness for some cutbacks.
Thinking I'll need to make use of the 19p veg advertised this xmas. Will need to make some space in the freezer.Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16
