tonight him in the kitchen has prepped oxtail. It was cooked yesterday for dinner tonight so is a bit like leftovers but isn't. A nice white cob to go with it as the store bought frozen dumplings we both like don't seem to be available. Something to do with needing the freezers for some sort of seasonal tat.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe, Old Style Money Saving and Pensions boards. A boozy and riotous office Christmas party for me yesterday lunchtime, so poor Mister CJ had to fend for himself for dinner last night. He went out for some fish and chips, I believe.
Tonight I’m making pan fried miso-spiced salmon fillet with some steamed veg, at least I will if this thumping headache subsides! 😂😂3 -
