@Florenceem
I know my opinion may differ radically to others but I do like a stodgy/unrisen toad.

I used the last portion of Tuesday's quorn bolognese to make a pasta bake for my dinner.
The others had a selection of curry previously frozen with nan bread.2 -
I’m making harissa-spiced chicken breast with roasted courgette and red pepper, with a small side of couscous. I shall be trying out my new Ninja Foodi for the first time, so wish me luck!2

Quick meal again tonight. DH had Quorn southern fried nuggets and I had soya breadcrumbed nuggets, and we both had potato wedges, cauliflower, carrots, peas and sweetcorn. Home-made almond and cranberry cake and a coffee later.4

I bought some Harry Ramsden jumbo fish fingers, they were £5 for 6. Cooked us 2 each for dinner with actifry chips and peas.
Not impressed, very strong fish taste and some of the fish had skin on.
Wont buy them again, but much cheaper than the chip shop.3
