    As is typical in this household it had been agreed to have the pork roast that we got the other day but when I asked what was needed to go with it the menu had been changed to pasta with tomato sauce, perhaps with meatballs.  Likely it will end up being with pesto.

    Either way I'm off to see if anyone has ripe avocados so we can have a tricolour salad to start.  If not it will be just the tomatoes and mozzarella with fresh basil.

    We had refreshments after a service at a local SA so didn't have any dinner when we got home.
    I will do hm garlic wedges with a fried egg tonight and bake 2 cakes.

    Quorn nuggets, sweet and sour sauce, egg fried rice (using YS eggs) and peas.

    Followed by chocolate fudge doughnuts (YS).

    Last night was tagliatelle with veggie meatballs (YS) with garlic bread (made from YS bread). Followed by Belgian buns (YS).

    Tonight is jacket potatoes, beans, cheese and coleslaw (olio freebie) followed by caramel buns (YS).

    Last night turned out to be roasted pork and baked squash.  Nowt else (OH did have gravy)

    Tonight might have been mussels but OH couldn't see them in Lidl (I was pointing at the at the time) so it's pizza instead.  Honking big steaks were bought from the butcher to go with jacket potatoes tomorrow.  Nice to have it organised as I'm out at a painting class all day.

    I made hm cheese & onion pasties for dinner with roasted potato bits and some salad. 
    I baked a lemon sandwich and a Victoria sandwich.

    That selective blindness must be very trying! I shouldn't laugh but this was very funny, hope you had a good painting class.

    It was DD’s birthday yesterday, we had a takeaway sat out on the deck, was lovely to have the whole family together x
