What are you making for dinner?

Last night we had to go into London for a school event - had a great time but due to timings ended up eating sandwiches and snacks on the train (hm of course 😉).

Tonight we’re having garlic and chilli noodles with green beans and salmon, with some air fried spring rolls from the freezer.

I've defrosted some chicken thighs so think I'll pan fry them and then do a sauce of creme fraiche and dijon mustard in the same pan, then some wilted spinach. Saves on the washing up!

I've been rushing around so much I haven't had time to post but just had a baguette and salad today and am about to slope off to bed for a well earned rest; night all and sweet dreams, goldfinches.
