Last night we had to go into London for a school event - had a great time but due to timings ended up eating sandwiches and snacks on the train (hm of course 😉).
Tonight we’re having garlic and chilli noodles with green beans and salmon, with some air fried spring rolls from the freezer.Books read 2023 - 49/754 -
I've defrosted some chicken thighs so think I'll pan fry them and then do a sauce of creme fraiche and dijon mustard in the same pan, then some wilted spinach. Saves on the washing up!4
